Redeeming codes is straightforward. New players should note that level 16 is required to access the redemption feature (approximately one hour of gameplay). Follow these steps:

1. Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
2. Click your avatar in the upper-left corner.
3. Access the Settings menu (gear icon) in the lower-left corner of the Stats menu.
4. Navigate to the Basic tab.
5. Locate the "Redeem Code" button within the Customer Service section.
6. Enter a code (copy-pasting is recommended) into the input field.
7. Click "Confirm" to submit your request.

A successful redemption will display a confirmation message, and rewards will be added to your account.
