Finding the Storm King
The final quests involve defeating Raven and activating the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will be marked on your map (talk to Carl first). The Raven fight requires dodging dynamite and blocking melee attacks with a shield while using a crossbow.
Activating the Tempest Gateway demands at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are earned by defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King
With the Tempest Gateway powered, the Storm King awaits. This battle resembles a raid boss encounter. Attack the glowing yellow points on his body; he'll become more aggressive after each one is destroyed. Exploit his stuns to unleash powerful melee attacks.
The Storm King uses ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth precedes a laser blast – dodge left or right! He also summons meteors and throws rocks (watch their trajectories). If he raises his hands, he's about to slam the ground – get out of the way! A direct hit can be devastating.
Once all weak points are destroyed, he'll be vulnerable. Keep attacking, watch his moves, and claim victory!
