Alter Age: A JRPG Where Age is Just a Number

Alter Age is a new JRPG with a unique twist: you can shift your character's age between childhood and young adulthood, unlocking different abilities and roles. This age-shifting mechanic is central to combat, allowing you to switch between attack and support strategies to overcome challenging dungeons and fantastical beasts.

The game follows Arga, a young man striving to match his father's legendary strength. Instead, he discovers the "Soul Alter" skill, enabling him and his companions to transform between their child and adult forms, each with distinct abilities.

Strategic combat is key. You'll utilize different formations, equipment, and passive skills to exploit elemental advantages and navigate challenging battles.

While the core concept of form-shifting isn't entirely new to the JRPG genre, Alter Age embraces its unique premise with classic retro pixel art, expansive dungeons, and satisfying turn-based combat. Fans of traditional Eastern RPGs will find much to enjoy.
