EA Reveals Gameplay for The Sims 4: Businesses & Hobbies Expansion

Electronic Arts has just unveiled the exciting Businesses and Hobbies expansion for The Sims 4, and they've released a brand-new gameplay trailer that gives us an in-depth look at what's in store. If you're a fan of The Sims 2: Open for Business or The Sims 2: Freetime, you'll find this expansion pack familiar as it draws inspiration from both. It also enhances the career paths introduced in The Sims 4: Get to Work, offering new hobbies for your Sims to dive into.

But running a business in this expansion goes beyond just managing a tattoo parlor. Virtually any activity in the game can be transformed into a lucrative business. Dreaming of starting a daycare for toddlers? You can do that. Interested in giving paid lectures? That's an option too—and it's quite rewarding financially!

Of course, no business can succeed without a team. You can hire up to three Sims as employees, or keep it a family affair if you prefer. One of the most thrilling features is the integration with previous expansions. If you own Cats & Dogs, you can even launch your own cat café!
