Defeating 100 enemies grants three Skill Points. While main battles offer enemy encounters, their loss conditions make them inefficient for grinding. Instead, utilize overworld skirmishes.
In skirmishes, prioritize eliminating waves of endlessly spawning minor enemies, ignoring officers. This bypasses loss conditions, allowing continuous Skill Point accumulation (three points per 100 kills). Depending on the skirmish's enemy density, you can achieve 100 kills roughly every minute.
