FFXIV Mobile Version: Rumors Debunked?

A buzz about FFXIV, the well-known MMORPG, possibly sailing for mobile devices is floating around the internet. A gaming industry leak source, Kurakasis, claims that Tencent Games and Square Enix are working on putting the journey right on your phone.They’ve Got HistoryThis wouldn’t be the first time Square Enix has dipped its toes into the mobile Final Fantasy pool. So, the rumor isn’t entirely out of the blue.Kurakasis’ leak offers no timeline, leaving us to wonder if this project is still in its infancy or if it is even a sure thing. So, we might have to wait a while for an official announcement.Can Square Enix translate the intricate mechanics of FFXIV to a mobile platform without sacrificing the depth that fans adore? It’ll be interesting to see how they tackle this challenge.
