The Draenei, a new minion type in Hearthstone, are cosmic beings – the "Exiled Ones" from Warcraft lore. Having fled their homeworld to escape the Burning Legion, they now journey through The Great Dark Beyond, seeking a new home. These nomadic minions often have effects that benefit subsequent Draenei cards, creating a powerful synergy around their leader, Velen.

Starships Take Flight

The core theme of The Great Dark Beyond revolves around customizable Starships. Collect Starship Pieces throughout the expansion, playing them as regular minions. Upon defeat, their stats and effects are absorbed into your Starship, transforming it into a formidable weapon to deploy strategically. Each class (Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Druid, Hunter, Rogue, and Warlock) receives a unique Starship design. The Exile's Hope offers a neutral location where all classes can convene.
