The wait is finally over – Clash Royale's Inferno Dragon gets a much-anticipated evolution after nearly a decade. Supercell marked this legendary moment by teaming up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special reveal event that perfectly captures the fiery character's personality.

A Fiery Negotiation Takes Center Stage

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a fresh Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as its eccentric Hollywood agent. The comedic short shows the dragon abandoning its battle duties to pursue fame and fortune in Tinseltown.

The evolved Inferno Dragon brings significant battlefield improvements. Unlike the original which reset damage when switching targets, the upgraded version maintains its increasing damage output across targets.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Season

The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the returning 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics. Crown Chase events feature special Battle Banners with frames and decorations, plus additional Evolution Shards and Epic Books.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared multiple game modes throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9) and Challenge (June 6-9) offer unique banners and emotes. Later events like Evolution Mayhem and Magical Trio introduce special gameplay twists with increased Evolution Card limits.
