NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals kicks off Season 1: Eternal Night Falls with a surprise: free Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins! Dracula's attack on New York City sets the stage, forcing the Fantastic Four to defend the city. The season runs from January 10th to April 11th, 2025.

This season introduces the Fantastic Four to the game's roster. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are available at launch, with Human Torch and The Thing arriving in a mid-season update (rumored to be a Duelist and Vanguard, respectively).

Players can earn free cosmetic rewards, including Peni Parker's Blue Tarantula skin (page 3 of the battle pass) and Scarlet Witch's Emporium Matron skin (page 9). While the battle pass costs 990 Lattice (approximately $10), completing quests and earning Chrono Tokens unlocks these free skins. Note that Scarlet Witch's MVP animation requires the premium pass. A separate Midnight Features event offers a free Thor skin.

New Premium Skins Available

Beyond the free rewards, the in-game shop boasts new premium skins for Invisible Woman (Malice – a black and red villainous design) and Mister Fantastic (The Maker – sleek dark gray with blue accents).
