Marvel Rivals Reveals Mister Fantastic Gameplay

by Olivia Feb 10,2025

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Mister Fantastic and the Fantastic Four Arrive

Marvel Rivals' Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, will introduce Mister Fantastic, kicking off the game's storyline against Dracula. His gameplay showcases impressive intellect-driven combat, including stretching attacks, body-buffing power-ups, and a devastating area-of-effect ultimate.

The entire Fantastic Four will debut in Season 1, although staggered. Following Mister Fantastic's arrival, the Invisible Woman will join the roster at launch. Human Torch and The Thing are anticipated to arrive approximately six to seven weeks later.

NetEase Games plans substantial mid-season updates for each three-month season.

Leaked information suggests Human Torch's abilities will involve flame-based battlefield control and synergistic attacks with Storm. The Thing is rumored to be a Vanguard class character, but specifics remain undisclosed.

While speculation about other characters like Blade and Ultron exists, NetEase confirms the Fantastic Four are the only new additions for Season 1, suggesting a potential Season 2 debut for the previously anticipated Ultron. The absence of Blade, a natural counter to Dracula, is also noteworthy.
