If you’re a fan of Minion Rush: Running Game, you’re in for a treat because Gameloft has just launched a massive update packed with exciting changes both visually and functionally. The game has transitioned to the Unity engine, giving it a complete visual makeover. The once cartoonish yet somewhat outdated graphics now appear crisper and more polished. Additionally, the user interface has been revamped for easier navigation.
One of the most anticipated updates is the introduction of the endless runner mode, accessible directly from the main menu. Gone are the days of static abilities for minions—individual minion skills are now available. Another long-awaited feature is the ability to customize player profiles with personalized nicknames, avatars, and frames. Furthermore, the new Costume Collection feature allows players to unlock special bonuses tied to their outfits.
A fresh addition to the game is the Hall of Jam, where collecting bananas during runs fills a progress bar. This unlocks various rewards such as story puzzle pieces, Minion stickers, G-Coins, gadgets, and costumes. To top it off, Gameloft has released a launch trailer showcasing these updates.
Speaking of upgrades, new power-ups like the Disco-boot, Bouncer, Rocket Blade, and Minion Armor have been introduced. Gamers can also benefit from new Gadgets, which enhance performance and distance temporarily, allowing for strategic gameplay adjustments before each run. Locations from previous versions are receiving visual enhancements, while daily and weekly tournaments provide a competitive edge, offering players the chance to earn rewards by competing against others.
