Navigating the treacherous dungeons of Wizardry Variants: Daphne demands a powerful team supporting your efforts. What could be more intimidating than facing an actual lion? Fortunately, the latest legendary adventurer has arrived: Ardent Kingslayer Galbadus.

This name carries literal meaning. Galbadus is a beastfolk monarch who decisively overthrew the former ruler. True to his conquering nature, his Raging King 1 skill inflicts moderate physical damage with high accuracy on a single foe. Afterward, any damage he takes converts into amplified offensive power on his following turn.

Galbadus specializes in frontline combat, with his Tyrant's Gravity ability increasing enemy targeting probability at battle start. While the effect expires after three attacks, it provides ample protection against initial assault waves.

Roar of the Lion

From now until September 24th, players can obtain Galbadus through standard acquisition methods. These include his Unique Remains: Ardent Kingslayer and its enhanced variant, plus the remains of the Lion Who Usurped the Throne. The update also introduces fresh missions and additional content.
