How to get a Mount in Rune Slayer

Experience the MMORPG feel of Rune Slayer in Roblox, complete with quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing! But what's an MMORPG without a mount? Rune Slayer delivers, but acquiring one isn't explicitly explained. Let's change that.

Before You Mount Up

Before you start galloping across the Rune Slayer world, you'll need two things:

• Level 20: Reaching level 20 shouldn't take more than a few hours. Focus on quests, jobs, and defeating mobs. Playing with friends will speed things up!
• A Tamed Pet: You'll receive a quest explaining pet taming, but here's the gist:
  • Find a tamable animal (deer, wolf, spider, etc.).
  • Attack it once.
  • Hold a food item the animal likes (apples for deer, raw deer meat for wolves).
  • A heart will appear above its head. If it fills completely, you've tamed it! If it turns black, try again with a different animal.

Completing the Mount Quest

Once you hit level 20, Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire will offer a quest. He needs you to deliver a package to the Ashenshire Stable Master.

1. Accept "Jimmy's Delivery."
2. Head north from Wayshire.
3. Follow the road through Greatwood Forest (stick to the path—the mobs here can be tough!).
4. Continue north until you reach Ashenshire (look for large houses built into trees).

5. Find a rope, climb up, and talk to Madonna the Stable Master (the first NPC you'll see; she won't have a quest marker). Select "I have a package for you."
6. Return to Wayshire and speak to Jimmy. He'll reward you with a saddle. (It won't appear in your inventory to prevent accidental loss.)

Mounting Your Pet

Summon your pet (hold "T"), approach it, select "Mount" (press "E"), and enjoy your high-speed travels! This works with all mountable pets.
