Lunar New Year: January 29 – February 2

Ring in the Year of the Snake with increased spawns of snake-themed Pokémon like Ekans (Shiny available!), Onix (Shiny available!), Snivy (Shiny available!), Darumaka (Shiny available!), Dunsparce (Shiny available!), Gyarados (Shiny available!), and Dratini (Shiny available!). Enjoy boosted Lucky Pokémon trade chances, easier Lucky Friend status, and daily Field Research tasks rewarding PokéCoins. 2KM Eggs will hatch Makuhita (Shiny available!), Nosepass (Shiny available!), Meditite (Shiny available!), Duskull (Shiny available!), and Skorupi (Shiny available!).

Legendary Flight Dynamax Moltres: February 3 – 9

Dynamax Moltres makes its debut! Available as a Max Monday boss at all Power Spots on February 3rd (6 PM – 7 PM local time), then continues at select Power Spots until February 9th alongside Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble Max Raids (until February 10th).

Karrablast & Shelmet Community Day: February 9

A dual Community Day! From 2 PM to 5 PM local time, enjoy increased Karrablast and Shelmet spawns, boosted evolution bonuses, and enhanced Shiny odds. Evolve your Karrablast or Shelmet by February 16th (10 PM local time) to get an Escavalier with Razor Shell or an Accelgor with Energy Ball, respectively. A Timed Research pass is available for purchase.
