Pokémon Works, a collaborative venture between The Pokémon Company and Iruka Co., Ltd., is relatively new. Its representative director, Takuya Iwasaki, emphasizes the company's commitment to creating more immersive Pokémon experiences. Interestingly, Pokémon Works shares a location with ILCA, the studio behind Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, suggesting a potential connection and expertise in Pokémon game development. Their prior work includes contributions to Pokémon HOME.
