Launching on May 22

Kuro Games, the developer of Punishing Gray Raven (PGR), hosted a special livestream on April 27 focused on the upcoming collaboration with Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5). This event will introduce iconic DMC5 characters to the PGR China server through exclusive summoning banners and a unique crossover storyline.

Initial details about the PGR x DMC5 collaboration were shared during the game's 5th anniversary livestream in late 2024, featuring teasers of Dante and Vergil from DMC5 as upcoming playable characters. The recent livestream confirmed these appearances while sharing additional event specifics.

Kuro Games has confirmed May 22 as the official launch date for the PGR x DMC5 collaboration on the China server. No information has been provided regarding potential releases in other regions.

Free Dante Omniframe and Limited-Time Gacha Banners

Throughout the collaboration, players can obtain Dante's Omniframe for free by completing Chapter 6 of the special crossover story event. Vergil's Omniframe will be exclusively available through the event's limited-time gacha banner.

Four special rate-up banners will be available: Dante Rate Up, Fate Dante Rate Up, Vergil Rate Up, and Fate Vergil Rate Up. During the event, each summon will be discounted to 175 Black Cards.

Additionally, the first two copies of either Dante or Vergil obtained through summons will include a bonus duplicate delivered via in-game mail. For instance, obtaining one copy will grant an extra copy, while obtaining two copies will provide two additional ones. This bonus system applies only to the first two copies obtained, after which summoning returns to the standard one copy per pull.

Punishing Gray Raven is available on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, the developers announced a synchronization plan to align multiple global server updates with the China version, with completion targeted by the end of 2025.
