Soul Tide Is the Latest Gacha Game to Announce Its EOS

Soul Tide's Journey Concludes: A Farewell to the Dungeon Crawler

Developer IQI Games and publisher LemcnSun Entertainment have announced the end-of-service (EOS) for Soul Tide, bringing a close to the mobile title's two-year-and-ten-month run on the global market.

Soul Tide's Final Curtain Call: February 28th, 2025

The game's servers will officially shut down on February 28th, 2025. Downloads are already unavailable on the Play Store, and in-app purchases are disabled. Any remaining in-game resources should be utilized before the shutdown, as all game data will be permanently deleted.

A Final Update Before the End

Before the EOS, Soul Tide will receive one last content update, offering a final hurrah for dedicated players. Details regarding this update will be revealed shortly via the developers' official X account.

A Look Back at Soul Tide: A Gacha Game with Depth

Soul Tide is a unique blend of genres: a turn-based dungeon crawler featuring anime girl collection, home simulation, and roguelite elements, initially launched in Japan in 2021. Set in a fantasy world ravaged by witches, the game also incorporated dating sim mechanics.

While initially lauded for its engaging gameplay and charming, storybook-style visuals, and the well-developed personalities of its characters (a rarity in many gacha games), Soul Tide eventually faced challenges. These included less-than-ideal gacha rates, a cumbersome user interface, and inconsistent translation.

Though no longer available for download, players who still possess in-game resources can access the game on the Google Play Store.
