You can print images and photos (JPG, PNG, GIF), emails (from Gmail) and their attachments (PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT), contacts, agendas, web pages (HTML), and other digital content directly from your device's memory or from cloud storage services like Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and Dropbox. The app also supports printing text messages, which can be useful for trial or legal purposes.
For those needing to print UPS shipping labels, simply log into the UPS website from your browser and print directly to supported thermal printers.
PrinterShare offers a range of printing options to customize your prints, including paper size, page orientation, number of copies, page range, one- or two-sided printing (duplex mode), print quality (resolution), color or monochrome settings, and media tray selection.
The free version of PrinterShare allows for:
- Printing with certain restrictions on nearby wireless (WiFi, Bluetooth) and direct USB OTG connected printers.
- Printing on Windows shared (SMB/CIFS) or Mac shared printers.
Unlocking the Premium Features grants you:
- Unlimited Nearby direct printing (PDFs, documents, photos, and more) via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth without the need for a computer.
- Complimentary 100 pages for Remote Printing under the same account.
