Tomnoki Studio's Sphere Defense is a new Android tower defense game that pays homage to the classic geoDefense by David Whatley. Inspired by the original's simple yet challenging gameplay, Sphere Defense offers a modern take on a beloved genre.

The Story: Earth, or "The Sphere," faces imminent destruction from alien invaders. Humanity, forced underground, has finally developed the firepower to fight back. You lead the counteroffensive to save the planet.

Gameplay: Sphere Defense delivers the classic tower defense experience: strategically place diverse units with unique strengths to repel waves of enemies. Successful defense earns resources for upgrades and expansion, with increasing difficulty levels demanding strategic prowess.

Difficulty and Length: Three difficulty settings (easy, normal, hard) each feature 10 stages, with each stage lasting 5-15 minutes.

Diverse Units: Sphere Defense features seven distinct unit types:

• Offensive Units: Standard Attack Turret (single-target), Area Attack Turret (area-of-effect), Piercing Attack Turret (for dense enemy formations).
• Support Units: Cooling Turret and Incendiary Turret (enhance offensive units).
• Specialized Offensive Units: Fixed-Point Attack Unit (precise missile strikes), Linear Attack Unit (satellite laser attacks).
